klarakoi 0
any one know the score regarding the law on air weapons in france? seem to remember from some where that their legal limit is 6 ft/lbs!cheers hyperion Hello mate, With regards to your question about airguns FPE in France the reason its so low is that you are not allowed to kill any animal with one, including all vermin? so there classed more or less as toys, however if you want one that exceeds the legal limit just like the UK you need to put it on a ticket, but because you cant kill anything with the higher power one either no one bothers with air guns, once your a resident of France getting a .22 single shot rimmy and or a 12g shot gun are very easy, up until a couple of years ago you could buy a rimmy nigh on anywhere, the only restriction today is age, and joining the local gun club, another fact that you may find interesting is this, when you join a shooting club you have the right to freely shoot anyone's land within the boundaries of the club, how cools that,, well mate perhaps not the answer you was looking for but I hope this helps, all the best, Rob.
